Gums is a short multimedia stage performance reflecting on sleep paralysis. An extension of the moment most of us have while looking into the mirror before while brushing our teeth: the last time we look at ourselves before entering sleep.
The performance uses movement-sensors, robotics and live video manipulation together with modular synthesizers.
